The first module will cover the Polyvagal theory and how to track and follow the different states of the autonomic nervous system. You will also learn about implicit responses to stress and trauma and how the autonomic nervous system holds onto stress from the past.
During the program you will learn about safe and secure connection and how this relates to attachment.
